Color Genotype: ee a2a2. When Fever is bred to EE aa females he will produce Bay Black/True Black! Estates Passionate Fever is a respectable fourteen-time champion and three-time Judges’ Choice winning, light fawn son sired by Snowmass Pure Passion and by Estates El Galan's Yellow Fever. Snowmass Pure Passion represents over 30 years of passionate breeding for the perfect-colored fleece on the most beautiful-bodied alpacas. Snowmass Alpacas said, “Snowmass Pure Passion is the most magnificent Light Fawn Matrix son Snowmass Alpacas has ever produced.” Fever's maternal grandsire is Patagonia’s El Galan, a magnificent four-time champion winning herdsire out of Patagonia’s Cayo. His maternal great grandsire R&R Oliver Twist has consistently produced outstanding offspring in Canada and the U.S., that exhibit fine, uniform fleeces, along with crimp and correct, solid conformation. Passionate Fever has a fleece that is feverishly dense and uniform. In 2019, Passionate Fever was evaluated as an A+ by senior AOA Judge Amanda VandenBosch. "He has excellent substance of bone, balance to frame, fiber coverage, good organization within staple, maintains consistency across fleece, moves to the extremities to neck, good density relative to fineness." Jill Marcellus said, "He’s a very refined looking male, He’s moderately sized, right in the middle there, & that can be very useful in a breeding program. He’s got good balance & proportion, excellent substance of bone, & a very typey male with a good strong phenotype. I really like his head style as well. His fleece is very fine & exceptionally uniform in all the fleece traits. I pulled samples from all over the place on him & really there is virtually no difference from mid-side to right into the front shoulder area to over to the hip. That also carried through with the staple type and also the expression of character through the fleece. It’s very uniform right across his body and underneath his belly." Passionate Fever had three crias (all females) for his previous owners, two light fawns and a beige all by light fawn dams and a beige dam. Passionate Fever will no doubt be a remarkable stud male for us in both light and dark color breeding, he carries everything we want in an Elite Stud from top to bottom. He will be bred over many different colors this year (2022) to see his potency. Fever's offspring are championship winners to boot! Proudly Co-Owned with Crescent Moon Ranch and Sopris Alpacas Ranch. Times for when he switches between ranches will soon be released. Limited Outside Breedings

Red Granites Sizlin Cherub is a stunning medium brown female sired by our very own, Snowmass Mr Sizlin Rose and by LMFI Peruvian Cherish, a direct daughter of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah. Cherubs genetics are rather unique with Jeremiah, Black Magic and Mr Sizlin Rose all being in one pedigree.... Cherub holds her fineness very, very well and has excellent uniformity for her age even as a foundation Breeding female. It is her biggest 'show off' point. She is bred to Legionnaire for a 2022 cria.

Description

Introducing Red Granites Cartier—a dazzling fawn female who commands attention with her elite fiber qualities, balanced conformation, and regal presence. Cartier is the definition of genetic excellence and refinement—named for elegance, built for performance, and destined to elevate any breeding program that values long-term impact and show ring success. From the moment you lay hands on her fleece, Cartier’s quality is undeniable. She exhibits an exceptional degree of fineness, with a luxurious, buttery-soft handle that is supported by impressive uniformity across her blanket. She pairs that fineness with solid density and a long, consistent staple. Structurally, she is everything a breeder could want: refined, feminine, and correct—carrying herself with style and balance on a well-proportioned frame. It’s clear she was made for the ring, and we have every confidence that she’ll perform just as impressively as her renowned paternal siblings—each one carrying the signature traits of the Fever line. Cartier is sired by Estates Passionate Fever, a 4-time Judges’ Choice and multi-champion male who has rapidly earned national recognition for stamping his offspring with exquisite fleece and strong phenotype. Fever is the direct son of Snowmass Pure Passion, the AOBA National Champion and treasured son of the late Snowmass Matrix—a name synonymous with lasting impact. On her maternal side, Cartier is out of Red Granites Sizlin Cherub, one of our most consistent and influential foundation females. Cherub is known for her retained fineness, heavy fleece weights, and strong maternal instincts. She has already proven her worth as the dam of Red Granites Prince Caspian, a decorated CCNF Legionnaire son who stands proudly on our herdsire row, and Red Granites Caper, who sold to Sunny Acres Alpacas in January 2025. This depth of production and proven consistency makes Cartier’s genetic potential all the more exciting. Her pedigree is stacked with legendary names that represent the best of North American breeding: Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose, Snowmass Pure Passion, Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, and LB Peruvian Castano Bay—bloodlines known for their lasting influence in color production, fleece refinement, and overall excellence. Red Granites Cartier sells with a complimentary, non-transferable maiden breeding to any unrestricted, unrelated Red Granite Ranch herdsire. For this breeding, we strongly recommend either Red Granites Aragon, a Judges’ Choice winner at 8 years old and a powerhouse son of CCNF Legionnaire, or Creed, a 2x AOA National Champion and son of Crescent Moon's Elite’s Crescendo. The pairing options are outstanding—imagine the possibilities when you match Cartier’s elegance with a proven male of equal magnitude. Whether you’re focused on producing show winners, high-end seedstock, or long-lasting fineness in color, Cartier is the kind of female that leaves a legacy. Don’t miss your chance to add this rare gem to your progam!
